RETURN POLICY Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase - We will refund your item in full when it is returned in its original condition within 14 days of the date of purchase (excluding freight costs). We are unable to accept the return of unsealed items due to hygiene reasons.   POSTAGE NATIONAL -  Posted the same or next business day after receipt of payment.  POSTAGE METHODS USED AustPost Regular Parcel - (1-6 business days)                                                                         Ebay AusPost 500g Flat Rate Satchel - Tracked (1-6 business days).                                     AustPost Prepaid Express Post satchel 500g - Tracked (1-3 business days). WHERE POSSIBLE, EBAY AUSPOST FLAT RATE SATCHELS ARE USED.  THIS IS A TRACKED SERVICE. If the weight of your total purchase is under 500g, you only pay an additional $1.00 for every other item purchased from European Delights.  There is a flat rate charge of $11.00 for all purchases weighing 500g TO 3kg.  INTERNATIONAL - International parcels are usually posted twice weekly.  Charges for additional items purchased depends on actual postage costs. AUTHENTICITY Because we purchase from reputable suppliers, all items are guaranteed authentic and all products are thoroughly inspected before being shipped.
