What can I buy?

At NetElectrics you can purchase new and refurbished items.
The new items are products that were previously available through retail stores but have now been discontinued. They come complete with all the necessary parts and accessories and are still in their original packaging. In some instances the packaging may be damaged, but don't let that put you off! The product inside will be pristine.
New items are sold with a 12 month NetElectrics Warranty.

The refurbished items are customer returns. A large proportion of these items have never been used. They might, for example, be unwanted gifts or products customers have simply changed their mind about, which have then been returned to us. They have been checked, inspected, repaired (if necessary), graded and reboxed. All refurbished items will be clearly marked in the description.

The Grade B Seller Refurbished items undergo a full refurbishment process, although they will have cosmetic defects but these do not affect their usability. Typical cosmetic defects might include wear on keyboards and handset areas, minor screen blemishes, and scratches and nicks on the outer casing. Our comprehensive testing and the refurbishment process undergone assures that these graded B products are in great working order.

Refurbished items are sold with a 90 day Netelectrics Warranty.

How can I pay?

Payment can only be made by PayPal. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment on 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice. Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate.

When will I get my delivery?

Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or City Link. Most items will be sent out the same day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. Parcel Force and City Link deliveries MUST be signed for.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can keep track of your order on the internet using the details we provide in your initial confirmation email. We will send out additional emails to let you know how your order is progressing.

Returns

Under our Net Electrics eBay Refund Policy, you have 14 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.

*This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.

If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the Net Electrics team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If the fault develops after 28 days but within the warranty period please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Net Electrics team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

You can track the progress of your delivery by contacting the assigned courier via telephone or website, you will need the tracking number and this will be found on 'your order has been despatched' email.

If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in 'my eBay' within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:

Q- What is refurbished?

A - Customers return products for many reasons: it may have been unsuitable, an unwanted gift or simply because they have changed their mind. Product identified by Net Electrics as 'refurbished' are products that have been returned to us; checked, inspected, repaired if necessary, graded (A or B) and reboxed.

Q - So how exactly are these product refurbished?

A - Every product targeted for refurbishing must pass a thorough examination. We check and inspect them, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition. The condition of the product after refurbishing is indicated by the grade of the item. A grade refurbished items are as new, B grade products will have minor cosmetic blemishes.
