We are a family business based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. We have been retailing footwear and accessories since 1987,we have a large and well stocked shop trading as Quinn's Footwear at 25 High St. Daventry NN11 4BG (01327 872033). As you will see our feedback is good and we really try 'to go that extra mile' to achieve customer satisfaction.

Shipping

Items are posted within 1 working day on receipt of order and cleared payment. Goods are normally posted on a Royal Mail Tracked 2 to 3 day service. If you are concerned that the goods have not been delivered please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office or request a tracking reference from us. Payment for items won should be made through PayPal or to our shop within 7 days of purchase. All items must still be paid for within 7 days. If no payment is made within 7 days of the purchase, then an unpaid item dispute will be opened in order to cancel the transaction. If you have any payment problems please inform us.

Returns

We are very happy to accept returns if you are unhappy with the goods. Goods must be unworn*, in a clean order and in a resaleable state*.Buyer must return goods at their own expense unless goods are faulty or wrongly delivered  (in which case we will provide you with prepaid/ postage paid address label). A refund will be issued after goods are received and inspected, this may take up to 3 days to process. This does not affect your statutory rights. PLEASE MESSAGE US THROUGH EBAY MESSAGES FOR A RETURNS REQUEST.
