Payment
Payment should be made using paypal and following the eBay checkout procedure. Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address when paying as WE CANNOT CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESSES LATER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.If for any reason you cannot pay by paypal please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange payment by credit/debit card or by BACS.
We regret we cannot accept cheques, postal orders, cash on collection or any other method of payment without prior arrangement.
Delivery
We aim to get your order within only 1 working day for standard or express delivery (a little longer for economy orders). We use Royal Mail and a number of couriers to carry our products and so please review the delivery options when paying and select express delivery if the order is urgent, if you require the ability to track your parcel or at peak times.Our postal days are Monday-Friday (please note that courier orders can not be sent on a Friday if they contain any live or perishable products as deliveries are not made at the weekend)
All delivery services can be affected at peak times (e.g. around Christmas or other public holidays) or in circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes or adverse weather). We will keep our delivery page updated around these times so you can check out exactly what is happening with the post.
In the rare event that an order is delayed please allow 7 postal days for standard post, 14 postal days for economy post or 2 working days for express post. After this time please contact us directly and we will investigate the order straight away.
Delivery charges are only valid to the address used on paypal and orders that cannot be sent by normal Royal Mail for any reason (e.g. size, weight or value) will not be possible to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or any non mainland UK destination.
Returns
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order but we recognise there will be occasion where you wish to return it or there may be a problem with it. We can accept any return for any reason subject to the following:
- We are informed you wish to return the item within 7 days of receipt
- The item is not perishable (e.g. a food or live food item) or hasn’t been made specially for you.
- When it is otherwise unused, sealed. in the original packaging and it in the condition it has been received.
