Due to the fact that all of this is clearly stated if a problem does arise and you open an ebay/paypal dispute and you claim it is not listed or just did not see it or if you feel we took too long to produce an item we will immediately contact eBay that will protect our rights as a seller this armor is made using 40 durometer flexible urethane pigmented to look like the film colors. this means that the color of the costume will not fade or flake off. also due to the fact that it is made of urethane it had minimal shrink from the original and is hypoallergenic so you do not have to worry if you may have a latex allergy. this costume also has a slight gloss shine to it i know some photos do not look it but the entire suit has a slight gloss to it for those who plan on mounting this to either spandex or a divers wet suit i highly recommend using only super glue and brand will work. this costume is ready to ship asap !!!!! CHEST: this is a batman style torso based off of the 1995 batman film so just like in the film is is smooth this torso is made of a flexible urethane and will fit any standard adult size chest it is 22 inches from shoulder to shoulder and 21 inches from the color to the botom of the chest. please not that due to the molds being old there are some slight defects on the back muscles. there is a photograph with the defects provided. these defects will not affect the costume in any way and are 100% covered by any cape
LEGS, cod, knees: this is a set of legs, cod and knees based off of the 1995 batman movie. just like in the film it is 100% smooth. their is no seam down the side and it is made of flexable urethane. cape clips, glove fins, bot toppers, boot heal boosters: these pieces are cast in flexible urethane and are made to look just like the pieces used in the 1995 batman film. we also have a latex 8 panel cape, cowl, belt, just contact us for prices. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ordering & Shipping Information About Us: Jester FX is a small special FX company that has been in business since 2004. We specialize in horror and superhero related items as well as movie quality props and reproductions. Our portfolio includes many independent films and TV shows, as well as with various haunted attractions across the United States. Jester FX is also proud to offer custom, one-of-a-kind commission pieces. Please contact us via email for information regarding commission pieces and required deadlines. Business Hours: We are open Monday-Friday 9-am-5pm. Please limit calling our office to those days and hours. During these hours we check all emails and messages on our company Facebook. If contact is required out of that time frame, please use our company email or company Facebook and we will respond promptly. Ordering Time Frames: All items are made and shipped on a First Pay-First Served basis. Orders will not be processed until we have the order form returned to us and payment has been made and fully cleared with our banking institution. Jester FX never assumes required delivery dates. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact us and receive written confirmation that a delivery date can be met, prior to ordering. All of our products are made to order and take a minimum of 30 business days to make and ship. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand that orders may arrive after the projected 30 business days. Shipping may be delayed for reasons including but not limited to our current volume of orders or the size of the item being purchased. If orders are made during a non-peak time of year, you may receive your shipment prior to 30 business days. Our two busiest times of the year are Halloween and the December holiday’s season. If you are ordering an item for either of these time periods, please allow a minimum of 8 weeks to make and ship your item. It is highly recommended that you plan accordingly to ensure delivery by the required date. During peak times, we ask that all clients email us prior to placing your order, to verify that we can meet your delivery date. However, there is a chance we can make and ship your item sooner during the holiday seasons if you contact us prior to ordering. Further, we do our best to offer clients the opportunity to ensure their order is fulfilled during busy periods through the payment of an additional rush fee and can coordinate expedited shipping, as well. Please see Rush Orders, below. Rush Orders: Jester FX offers the ability to pay an additional Rush Fee to put you at the top of our order list. Any rush fees will need to be discussed, prior to ordering. Also, in addition to any agreed upon rush fee, the buyer is responsible for any expedited shipping costs incurred that go above originally agreed upon shipping pricing. All rush fees and express shipping charges will vary depending upon but not limited to, how quickly an item is needed and the size of the order. Again, please contact Jester FX with any questions regarding rush fees and shipping fees, prior to ordering. Payment: We accept PayPal and all orders must be paid for within 5 days of winning all buy it now listings require immediate payment Domestic Shipping: All standard shipping is through the USPS parcel post and may take up to ten (10) days to arrive. However, sometimes a package may be sent via 2-3 day USPS Priority, solely at our discretion. All packages are sent with tracking confirmation numbers. However, the tracking number will only be provided if requested via email. We can also offer other options provided by the USPS, such as insurance on the item, at the additional expense of the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request additional shipping arrangements prior to ordering. Please contact us for rates. Any changes to shipping options after ordering will result in additional fees which the buyer must pay prior to items being shipped. We will not offer refunds to those who do not email us prior to their order, informing us of a deadline. International Shipping: When ordering items to be shipped internationally, please contact Jester FX prior to placing an order. It has been our experience that USPS provides the lowest international rates available, however if your order is over 50 lbs, it may need to be shipped via UPS or FEDEX at our discretion so please contact us for pricing. If additional shipping options, such as a tracking number, are requested or required, or additional options are needed, it is the buyer’s responsibility to notify Jester FX prior to ordering and buyer assumes all additional expenses. Jester FX also is not responsible for how long an item takes to clear customs. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: As previously stated, all items created by Jester FX are MADE TO ORDER: they have never been worn or used and are new items. As such, ALL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE, AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT GRANTED. This includes any and all deposits, as well as any applicable shipping fees. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are ordered with the correct sizing information provided. Further, having been presented with a copy of the Jester FX Company Information & Policies prior to ordering, as noted by the signed Order Form, the buyer has been adequately warned that certain items are created as One Size Fits Most, but are not guaranteed to fit all. Also note that spandex suits are considered garments of an intimate nature and by law cannot be returned once worn. Therefore, PLEASE inspect all items before wearing. Items returned to Jester FX without prior written approval will be labeled REFUSED: RETURN TO SENDER, at the sender’s expense. Repairs: Though Jester FX does our very best to ensure that all items meet industry standards for quality, repairs may be needed. Should repairs need to be made to an item, the buyer is responsible for contacting Jester FX immediately and is required to do so within five business days of receiving the item. Jester FX will discuss the problem with the buyer and may agree to necessary repairs. Repairs required after the five (5) business day time frame may be made, at the sole discretion of Jester FX and for a fee, as determined by Jester FX. Therefore, it is in the buyer’s best interest to thoroughly examine all items upon receipt. As previously stated, all items returned to Jester FX without prior written approval will be labeled REFUSED: RETURN TO SENDER, at the sender’s expense. Eye masks, Cowls, and Body Muscle Pieces: All masks and body pieces are sculpted on a generic body form that has the best size measurements for the majority of the community that may be using them. This means ONE SIZE FITS MOST. As such, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a proper fit prior to ordering, as all sales are final. We encourage you to contact us with any questions regarding these products. Spandex Items: Our standard spandex items (Non-commission pieces) are made using generic patterns to offer the following sizes: S, M, L, XL. Though we cannot guarantee, larger sizes may be available in certain products and will be determined by the provided height, weight, inseam, chest and whether or not shoe sizes are part of the costume. Because all standard spandex items are based upon a generic pattern, it is to be understood by the buyer that some areas may be slightly looser fitting than preferred. The only method to ensure a proper 100% fit is to contact us in regards to having a commissioned suit created. Die-Sub spandex costumes: Die-sub spandex costumes are digitally printed and come in size MEDIUM, only. This will fit most, but not guaranteed, average adults ranging from 5’8—6’0. For these costumes, only the height, weight and shoe size, should the costume require shoes, are needed. Since these costumes are made using a pre-made file, similar to the Spiderman movie costumes, it is only one size and cannot be altered. We ask all clients to include their size information on the order form to verify that your order meets the sizing criteria. We further encourage all potential buyers to contact us with any questions regarding sizing and a particular body type, since all sales are final.The Spiderman costumes do not come with shoes, but they can be added at an additional cost. They also do not have a removable mask. We can gladly sew up a separate mask at an additional cost. However, due to differing neck lengths among clients, Jester FX will only send the separate maskwith eyes properly attached to the suit. It is the client’s responsibility to make any necessary alterations to create a fully-functional and removable mask.
