After winning an auction item, or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

2. Check-Out Later You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out.

Additional Information:

• We do not charge any extra for payments made through PayPal.
• The PayPal e-cheque facility takes 9 working days to reach us.
• Payment must reach us within 7 days from the end of the first purchase.

No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. After 7 days the checkout will be placed on hold and a non-payment dispute will open. If no payment is received after the dispute is raised you may incur a strike.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:

• Telephone customer services on 01282 471595 and inform them that you wish to return the item(s)
• In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us (at no cost to yourself)
• In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges

Please note:
1. BestBathrooms cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.

2. If, for any reason, you aren’t happy with your purchase please let us know within 30 days. We will refund unused item(s) that are received in re-saleable condition however, you will need to pay for the return carriage.

If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified at the time of cancellation.
