• We accept payment via Paypal. Immediate payment is required when you place your eBay order.
• All orders shipped within the United States can only be shipped to a confirmed Paypal address.
• All international order must have the Paypal name+address matching eBay account name+address. If the name/address on the Paypal payment does not match the name+address on your eBay account, we will refund and cancel your order.

US Domestic Shipping Policy:

• Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service with tracking and delivery confirmation.
• Shipment over $250 in value will require signature confirmation.
• USPS tracking number will be provided and automatically uploaded to your eBay purchase history page.
• Please include your account number detail with your payment if order is being shipped to your forwarder.
• Shipment over one pound may be shipped via FedEx or UPS base on our processing preference.

International Shipping Policy:

• INTERNATIONAL BUYER, PLEASE READ THIS SECTION BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER!
• International shipping time via post office mail varies greatly; therefore, we can not and will not provide you with any estimated delivery time.
• Buyer from Canada and Australia, please DO NOT assume the package will arrive in a few to 10 days (Australia is very far from the US).
• For quickest service, please select and pay for USPS Express Mail (EMS) or USPS Priority Mail.
• If you do not pay for USPS Express Mail or USPS Priority Mail, we will use our own way to ship your order. Your order will be send to our shipping division for transfer through our worldwide logistic network. We have our own shipping company handling all logistics needs including FCL/LCL, air cargo freight, courier ... etc. We have the ability to ship your order from all over the world. Regardless on how we ship, transfer and delivery your shipment, we will always use a service with tracking number for the final shipping section into your country.
• Please make sure you understand the import regulation of your country. Payment for VAT, GST, import tax and duty is your responsibility.
• We can not make false declaration or mark shipment as gift.
• Customer delay is not our problem. Buyers from Canada, Russia, Brazil and Italy must take this into consideration when you import from abroad. It is your country so your country's customs issue or customs delay is your own problem.
• Finally, DO NOT question how we ship your order because we know logistics more than you do. Just sit home and wait for the package to arrive because we will make it arrive. If you encounter any shipping problem, report to us, we will walk on hot coal or do whatever it is possible to track your shipment down.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

• You may return the product in its new original condition within 14 days of order date for a refund.
• You may not return product bought from other online stores to us for warranty or refund.
• A restocking fee of 15% applies for return; therefore, please make sure you are buying the right item.
• If product arrives dead on arrival, please visit the manufacturer's website to acquire a RMA number for warranty.
• We do not cover compatibility issue so please make sure you understand the product you are buying.
• All lot orders will be video taped during the packing process.
