3 HEAVY AMERICAN COIN FORKS, COWLES & ALBERTSON, OHIO These 4 old coin-silver forks have been packed away for years and can use a proper polishing. In this auction are three forks, 7.75 inches long. The total weight for the three is about 5 oz t. There is the name Noyes beautifully hand-engraved on each one. The 3 touch-marks include an eagle. Stamped Cowles & Albertson PREMIUM. Dated from about 1849 to 1858. This auction is for the 3 forks only and will try to show a photo of 1 fork with a spoon from the same maker. Four spoons for sale in another auction.Royal Cowles and Joseph Albertson had a shop at 49 Superior Ave. in Cleveland, OH.
