I have collected Polish coins for a looooooong time and it’s time to sell my collection so that I can focus on other hobbies. Through a long selection process I have kept the best available coins (most of them directly from the Polish mint and not via eBay) and will offer them now to interested customer. Many of these coins will get high grades - I took close-up shots so that every smallest stain/toning is clearly visible or not (because many of these coins are just perfect!!!).
Poland is not a full member of the European Union and therefore cannot issue Euro coins yet. However, Poland is currently in negotiations with the EU on a monetary agreement which would grant it the right to mint euro coins. The negotiations are still ongoing but it is expected that Poland will mint its own euro coins in 2012/13.
Since many years the National Bank of Poland has issued “zloty”-denominated coins. Many of these rare coins are in collector’s hands and it is more and more difficult to get some of the minted Poland Silver Proof coins in good conditions. Usually already on the first day of issue all coins are "sold out" and not longer available for purchase at local "PKO" banks. Since last year Polish banks don’t sell any longer these rare coins, which are only available via a subscription which is difficult to get and very costly in addition to the actual coin prices.
Many of the Polish collector and commemorative coins were rewarded in international contest.
Here you have the chance to get this beautiful Polish Silver coin.
This coin will increase its value tremendously once Poland will get the Euro currency and of course with rising silver prices and collector demand.
