1. Your items will be shipped within 2 business days after your cleared payment.
2. Please wait until all auctions are completed before proceeding to eBay's checkout to ensure you receive any eligible shipping discounts.
3. We offer two shipping methods, China post air mail and E-package (only to USA now). Usually 10-25 days to USA via E-package air mail.
But pls kindly allow 20-40 business days to receive your parcel caz China post air mail is the cheapest.
But we are afraid it is a little slow these days for Australia, United Kingdom, France and some other Eu countries. If you wanna ship by other shipping way, like EMS, DHL, etc., pls kindly email us.
4. About Tax
You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction and if your are not happy with your purchase, you can simply return it and get a refund or exchange to other items. Items need to be returned within 10 days after you receive it and it should be in all of the orginal packaging, not be used.
Returns will be determined on a case by case basis. If there is a problem, please contact us before return. We will not accept the unauthorized return. Replacement will be exchanged within 5 days from the day we receive it. We cannot be respondible for a change of mind or lost mail but if the mistake is ours, we'll be glad to give refund.
