If paid before I pack item and shipping weight comes out less and makes a difference Example (1st class ends at 13 oz .... then after that has to go Parcel or Priority which adds lots to postage these types of borderline items will be refunded. International is real crazy on Ounces of a package so hard to gauge until packed. I can only pack these items when sold.
