All of our staff is familiar with every product we sell, so if you have a question about any product, or how to install a particular product do not hesitate to ask.
Everything we sell is in-stock, and ready to ship out, unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you need a product by a certain date please contact us to ensure we can get it to you in time. For shipping times please visit our shipping info page.
Shipping within the United States
We ship using FedEx or USPS. Our shipping pick-up is in the morning if you place your order before 7:00 AM (CST) we will get it shipped out the same-day.
When viewing a shipping estimate please remember that packages shipped via FedEx only move on business days. Also remember that the first day does not count as a transit day. For instance if you order on Thursday before 7:00 AM (CST) the order would ship out on Thursday, and the order is shipping to Southern California (4-Days Transit Time) then your package would arrive on Wednesday.
We will email you your tracking number(s) at 6:00 PM CST the day your order ships out. However, keep in mind that some services do not include tracking info. You can also check your account for tracking information as well.
Below we have supplied a shipping map that will give you an estimate of ground shipping time, please remember that this should only be used as an estimate. If you need an exact shipping time quote please contact us.
International Shipping

What do you need help with?
Sales Tax: Sales Tax is applicable if the item is shipped to the state of
Missouri or if the payment is received from a billing address in Missouri.
Duty Taxes (International): We ship from the United States, if you are having an item shipped internationally please understand you may have to pay duty taxes when receiving your item. We have no control over the amount, and do not know the amount they may charged you. This tax is your responsibility, we are unable to reimburse you for the amount.
