Shipping

We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday from our main warehouse facility in Los Angeles, CA. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders received with checkout and payment completed by 12:00PM PST will be shipped the same business days.

1-3 Day Expedited Priority is our standard shipping method. UPS 2 day air and Next day air available for within lower 48 states excluding PO Box/APO

Expedited Shipping is also available, see shipping rates below. Please note if checkout and payments are cleared after 12:00PM PST, the order wont be processed and shipped until the next business day.

After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Check-out Now! Click the Pay Now button at the top of this listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay Now button is ONLY available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.

Check-Out Later If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 1 day(s) from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!

Payment

All Customers must use our Secure Checkout, we do not use eBay Checkout. Auction winners will need to complete the secure checkout and submit payment to ensure prompt processing of your order. We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit/Debit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments through our secure Paypal checkout.

Paypal: ShopWSS is a verified merchant of Paypal. Our goal is to make your checkout experience as easy as possible. Paying by Paypal will streamline your checkout process as we will automatically use the shipping address associated to your Paypal account. For security reasons, our system will only allow shipping to a Paypal confirmed address. If you need to ship to a different address, you can pay directly through our checkout system using a credit card.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns Made Simple: 60 day return with FREE shipping both ways!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, ShopWSS will be happy to accept your return for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Products must be in new, never worn condition.

To request a return, please contact us and include your name, order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will contact you and email you a PREPAID electronic return label with detailed return instructions.

To quickly exchange for another size, WSS require that you return your purchases for full refund and place new order. WSS covers shipping both ways!

Sales Tax

For shipments to the state of CA, we are required by State law to collect 8.75% Sales Tax.
