DELIVERY
2 Man Delivery Service to the Room of Your Choice!
An Amazing Delivery Service Included in the Price with Zero Damages!
Large items such as furniture sets require specialised handling and will be delivered by our 2-man delivery service such as DSV or XDP Couriers.
Our fully trained and equipped delivery team will deliver the item(s) to your room of choice and remove any unwanted packaging.
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive shipping confirmation via email.
The courier will call you the same day to arrange a suitable day and time to deliver to your premises.
For your convenience our specialised 2-man delivery couriers will send you a text message the evening before the delivery is due.
The delivery driver will then call you between 7:00am and 9:30am on the day of delivery.
In the event that you are unavailable to take delivery at the scheduled time, our 2-man couriers will leave a card for you to rearrange the delivery over the phone.
The delivery will usually take place within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Please ensure that both your mobile number and email address are up to date as our couriers will call and text you prior to delivery.
RETURNS
We accept returns on all our items.
If you wish to return an item for a change of mind, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
There will be a charge of approx £30 if you would like us to arrange the collection.
The charge can be deducted from your refund rather than asking you to pay again.
If you would rather arrange your own return the return will be free of any charges.
If an item arrives damaged, please sign for the parcels as damaged to allow us to claim on our Courier Insurance and see the important stuff below.
IMPORTANT STUFF
We send all items out new and boxed, so please check the state of the boxes when they are delivered to you.
If in any doubt, please sign for the item(s) as damaged.
This allows us to claim on the couriers insurance and get any replacement parts sent out without delay.
Thankfully, this is very rare but if any delivery is signed for as in good condition, we may not be able to supply free replacement parts.
