Shipping
Golden Pawn 3 ships using a professional packaging and shipping company! They handle all aspects of the items shipment including packing, tracking, and any shipping damage claims. The shipping company retains the right to ship by whatever means deemed necessary to get your item to you safely! Standard shipment times will be 4 days from date of payment with many items shipped sooner. If you are the winning bidder please include your phone number on your paypal payment so we can contact you directly with any questions regarding shipping. If you have not received a tracking number within that period of time contact Isaac at 918-438-2690. Please provide a phone number with your payment, so that if any additional information is needed we can relay that in a timely manner. Our packing company makes sure that all items are packed to appropriate requirements. If an item is broken in shipment you must contact our packing company (please ask for Mary at Postal Annex, 918-523-7122) right away so they can file the needed paperwork for an insurance claim. We do not give refunds on items damaged in transit until the claim process is completed. Insurance is now included as part of our shipping costs on all items over $100 and as a result you agree to cooperate in filing claims and retain all packaging and documentation that may be required by an insurance claims adjuster/inspector. This assures that both the buyer and seller are protected and compensated.
