1) Please send payment within 2 days after the auctions closed. We don't keep item and will send unpaid strike if didn't get payment within 10 days.

If you have any problem on payment. please contact us before bid on the item;

2)it's the buyer's responsible to pay customs fees, duties, import taxes, and related charges,and of course ,we will send your parcel as a gift to avoid the customs charges;

3)We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.

4)TOTAL AMOUNT DUE includes the final auction price plus S&H(Shipping and Handling).

S&H will be determined based upon the SHIP TO address.

• We provide combine shipping, but the shipping fee depends on the weight of items.

• Please allow 20-30 working days (depends on where you are) for delivery (from the date of dispatch), because all items will be shipped from our warehouse in China via Air Mail.

• Items will be shipped via China Post Airmail or E-packet.

• All our items will be shipped to buyer's address provided offered by buyers, please confirm your address before payment.(We only ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses. Your PAYPAL address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.)

• Normally your parcel will arrive smoothly. But sometimes due to unexpected reason, it will be delayed for several days on the way.

• If you have not receive it after 35 days, please contact me, we'll reply you in 24 hours in working days (Monday-Saturday)

• Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

NOTE: If you need express shipping method (such as EMS, DHL) which only take about 5-7 days to delivery, please contact me. Very reasonable shipping fee will be charged.

We want our customers to feel safe knowing they can return their items, no questions asked! If you are not happy with your items for any reason, simply follow these 3 easy steps!

1. Email us to get the return mailing address

2. Write down 'RETURN' clearly on the envelop and return to the address provided.

3. Buyers will be contacted to arrange refund of merchant value once the returned item is received. Please note that postage is NOT refundable.

Returns Restrictions:

1) All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of your package.

2) If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

3) All original tags must be attached, with no signs of wear.
