Returns & Cancellations Policy
For Unwanted Products
If you change your mind about your order please inform us in writing as soon as possible. To do this please email us at sales@boltsshetland.co.uk. If notification of cancellation is received before your goods have been dispatched you will be refunded in full including any related postage costs. However if notification of cancellation is received after the order has been dispatched any postages costs are borne by the customer.
We offer a "30 day no quibble" guarantee and so you can send any item you are not completely satisfied with back to us as long as it is unused, has all original tags attached and is in a resaleable condition. Please ensure these are returned to us within 30 days and we will refund you the price you paid for that item (excluding P&P).
We will make the refund to the debit/credit card or Paypal account used to pay for the goods within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
For Faulty Products
We try our best to ensure the products we send arrive in good condition. However, if the product you ordered arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made by us.
Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products
Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. And so for your own protection, we recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us, for expensive items. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.

The email must include your order number number and state which item(s) you wish to return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Once you have received an email confirming the return please return to the address shown below:
