This picture from Ben Browder's appearance on Dr. Who's A Town Called Mercy was signed (and features a favorite line) at the London Film and Comic Con in July 2012. He knew it was for his birthday fundraiser for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The BCRF collects donations in increments of "research hours" with $50 being equal to 1 hour which is why that is the starting price.
