RETURNS
Please
give us the opportunity to resolve any issue you have
before leaving feedback. We do not consider the transaction
complete until you are satisfied! (We do occasionally
make mistakes, but we always try to be fair!)
We ask that you return an item as soon as possible after
discovering that it won't work for you. Any shipping charges you paid are non-refundable.
If you feel an item
was mis-represented, please contact us for return authorization prior to returning
the item.
You will receive a refund for the item's cost via PayPal if you ship
the item back within 30 days after you receive it (we're
generally flexible about this). Please consider someone
else who may buy the item and return everything that
came with your purchase! (This includes the retail box and/or tags, inside a shipping box.)
PLEASE
NOTE: We cannot accept footwear returned after it has
been worn outside, after the soles are worn, if the
shoes show wear in any way, or a garment that has been worn. There are NO REFUNDS on
items that are purchased NEW and are returned USED.
