Customer Pick Up
You are more than welcome to visit us and pickup your goods during the following trading hours - Mon-Fri 10:00am - 5:00pm. However, if you wish to pickup your order, payment should be made at the time of pickup, if payment has already been made prior to pickup, we will require a form of Photo ID to clearly identify you - we reserve the right to copy this ID in case of any Charge back queries. Please let us know if you intend to do this.
Delivery
  UK ORDERS
Large/valuable orders are despatched via Interlink Express (Mon - Fri), on a "Next Working Day" delivery basis and are fully insured for loss or damage. This is not a fully guaranteed service as, with any business, problems do occasionally (very rare) occur and we will not be held responsible for any errors on the part of our courier.
Generally, orders are despatched on the same day as ordered (before 3:00pm), however, at very busy times this may extend by a day or so, if your order is urgent please call us and we will do our best to get it out that day. Goods are generally delivered before 5:00pm and will require a signature. You will be contacted by Interlink (email) on the day of delivery with a delivery estimate "window" of an hour - you may opt for delivery on a different day if the time is not convenient - you will receive instructions on the day of delivery on how to do this.
Smaller orders are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and can be expected within a couple of days of order payment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are happy to despatch orders to ALL countries, average transit times vary from 2 - 21 days, Postage By Royal Mail Airmail is included in the cost of the cable.
Returns
We are committed to providing great products and customer service, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time before or up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods by;

Subject to the right of consumers to return goods under the Supply of Goods and Services Act and Distance Selling Regulations, Karlu Ltd does not sell products on a trial basis. Please contact us by telephone or email to confirm the suitability and specifications of products before ordering (This does not affect your statutory rights).

With ALL Labels attached and in the Original Clean Unused Condition it was received in
In the Original Packaging it was received in.
Where products have obviously been used and are non-faulty, no refund will be given.
Postage and Packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. You are responsible for the goods until they have been received by ourselves. We recommend a trackable method of posting is requested if goods are returned by Royal Mail.
Where an item is not accepted for refund, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return to them at our standard rates. |
We will refund the return cost of items proved to be faulty once tested by our technicians (up to a maximum of £9.99)
A Returns Number (RMA No) must accompany all returns together with the customers contact details including a telephone number. An RMA No may be obtained by phoning the Sales Helpline on 01787 312200 |
