I'm a woman in the UK who has size 10 feet and I think the lack of choice for us is rubbish. I'm shipping these shoes in from over the pond, because shoe designers in the States are getting it right. They are producing stylish, on trend shoes for all women, not just those with size 6's. I've tried to source shoes that shops like Dune, Office & Bertie sell and I've matched their prices, because its not fair that those shoes are unavailable to us, just because we have large feet!

Payment 

Obviously I accept Paypal and I'm also happy to accept cheques but please write your order & contact details on the back of the cheque. I will reserve the shoes for you until the cheque clears and will post within 1 day of it clearing. 

Postage

I offer free postage (exceptions being exchanges, see below). I send the shoes 2nd class, which means they will reach you 3-5 days after postage. If you would like me to send them in a faster service, I can do that for you and will just ask you to pay the difference. If you need to return the shoes to me, please see below for the steps you need to take.

I operate a 14 day money back guarantee (date taken from 5 days after I post the shoes)

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please complete the returns form provided and return the unworn shoes within 14 days. Please note I don't operate a free returns policy, so we strongly recommend using registered post or Collect+ for peace of mind. I'm sorry, but I can't be held responsible for missing parcels without proof of return.

All monies owed will be refunded in the same way they were paid for, within 5 working days of receipt of returned goods. 

Items returned after 14 days will be accepted at our discretion, and if they have since entered the sale may only be refunded at the sale price. 

Goods returned to us which have clearly been worn or damaged in transit due to bad packaging will be returned to you.

Please note this does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act.   These shoes are quality products but should you need to reject goods arising from manufacturers defects etc I will of course look to replace, repair or refund the cost of the goods including return postage. 

Exchanges

I am happy to exchange your shoes for an alternative size should they not fit, subject to stock availability.  Shoes should be returned, using the enclosed form on the back of your invoice, within the 14 day period as with returns above. Please take care in packaging the goods so that they are received in a re-saleable condition. I'm sorry, but I will have to charge postage on exchanged items, which varies according to the service you want (i.e 1st, 2nd class, express etc). 

My suppliers

At the moment, my supplier is a company called Barefoot Tess. Based in Baltimore, USA, BFT is an online store set up in 2005 by a mother tired of the lack of choice for her size 9 daughter, who in turn was bored of going barefoot. Karen has strived to create a company selling shoes which meet the demands of a modern woman, who is interested in fashion and indignant that she is expected to make do with comfort fit shoes or men’s shoes. 

 ‘BFT’ is Barefoot Tess’ own brand of shoes, which is sold alongside other well known designers such as Steve Madden & Jeffrey Campbell, who make big sizes especially for the site. They sell wholesale & retail on-trend, fashionable shoes in larger sizes. BFT do ship internationally, but their standard international shipping charge is $54 and plus import tax & VAT. I've done all that for you, which makes it cheaper for you to buy from me in the UK, as well as give you peace of mind if you need to send the shoes back for whatever reason. I'm working closely with the lovely people at BFT to bring their fashionable shoes to UK customers. I hope to extend my range in the near future.
