PLEASE INCLUDE EBAY ITEM NUMBER PURCHASE DATE, AND DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM.ALL RETURNS FOR ANY REASON, AT BUYERS EXPENSE MUST BE PACKAGED IN THE SAME PACKAGING THAT THEY WERE RECEIVED IN OR EQUIVALENT QUALITY PACKAGING.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

IN ANY CASE THAT THE PACKAGE ARRIVES WITH NOTICEABLE PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR THE ITEM INSIDE IS NOT WORKING. POSSIBLY DUE TO MISHANDLING BY THE CARRIER (UPS OR ANY OTHER USED), BUYER MUST NOTIFY SELLER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT (PREFERRED BY PHONE AT 818-407-0990). THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST REMAIN INTACT. SELLER WILL INITIATE A DAMAGE CLAIM WITH THE APPROPRIATE CARRIER, AND DETERMINATION OF REFUND/REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE BY SELLER, FOLLOWING THE CARRIERS INSPECTION OF THE DAMAGED PACKAGE.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ORDER FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.
