Shipping

Fast dispatch of all items:

We post every working day. All items paid for before 1pm will be posted the same working day as paid for. Items paid for after 1pm will be posted the next working day.

Fair shipping costs:

Wherever possible we aim to offer free shipping on items. However, due to the ever increasing cost of shipping, this is not always possible, especially for heavier items and so in such instances we charge a subsidised rate. Please bear in mind that the price that we charge customers for shipping will always be less than the price we have to pay ourselves to ship that item.

We are able to send items to all countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a fair Returns' Policy:

If you experience any type of problem with your purchase, please notify us on receipt of the item. We will respond quickly with a solution.

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee. Our terms and conditions for refunds are as follows:

Item is to be returned within 14 days of buyer receiving the item; item to be in its original manufacturing packet and in the condition as sent out ie. new/unworn/unused with all tags and labels attached. Any item which has been clearly worn or has tags removed, will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds:

We check all items carefully prior to posting. However, in the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect item has been sent out, please contact us on receipt of the item via the ebay message system and we will respond with a solution.

Please note that Paypal's procedure for making refunds is that they refund the payment back to the original source of payment. If the original payment was made from a Paypal balance, the refund will show instantly; if the payment was made via a bank or card linked to the Paypal account, then Paypal will refund the money back to that card or account, which can take several days. If the payment has been made by bank or card linked to the Paypal account, please wait for three working days before checking the account to allow time for the payment to clear back.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange for a different size, please contact us via the Ebay message system to arrange this. We will then either instruct how to exchange directly or instruct to re-purchase via Ebay. Please do not send items back for exchange without prior arrangement as we would need to check that the size required is available and also to arrange for payment of the shipping costs to send a second item.

Combined Purchases:

Combined shipping discounts are set up on both UK and worldwide shipping. If purchasing more than one item, please put all items into the shopping basket and make one payment; this will ensure that any shipping discounts are deducted automatically from shipping costs charged.

Payment

UK Buyers:

Auction items – to be paid for within 2 days of auction end by Paypal. If you wish to pay by uncrossed Postal Order or other means, please contact us for details.

'Buy it Now' items - are listed for immediate payment by Paypal.

Buyers outside UK:

Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. We are unable to accept direct bank transfers under any circumstances.

Non-Payment:

All non-payment of auction items are notified to Ebay as part of their required procedure to cancel the transaction. If you purchase an item and have a problem making payment, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation so that we can cancel the transaction amicably.
