- Manufacture defects will be the responsibility of Slingshot
Racing. - Exchanges will be handled by a case-by-case scenario. - All products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date when the product is received. Prior approval must be made by email before any warranty issue(s) may be resolved. Defective items must first be returned to and examined by Slingshot Racing before any warranty issue(s) are decided. - Refused or returned orders will result in a 20% restocking charge for the returned product ordered and 100% of the freight/shipping charges. All returns must be approved before Slingshot Racing will accept them. Items that have been installed are NOT returnable. All returns must be sent back in new and saleable condition. No returns will be accepted on purchases older than 30 days. - The use of Slingshot Racing items may render some vehicles illegal for road use in some states. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the disclosure to the customer of all state and federal laws pertaining to the use of these products on public roads. Many Slingshot Racing products are designed for racing use only and do not incorporate certain components needed for street use.
