Shipping and Tax
BigOutlet uses UPS to make sure your order gets to you on time; we ship both from our central warehouse and directly from many of our distributors and manufacturers to insure the best availability. In addition, we use LTL trucking company for a shipment that contains TVs that are equal to 40 inches or greater. (PLEASE NOTE: AS OF 4/26/2011, IF ANY TV ORDERED HAS A DAMAGED BOX OR THE INSIDE OF THE UNIT IS PHYSICALLY DAMAGED, REFUSE THE ACCEPTING OF THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY!!) Orders are processed within one to two business days from original receipt of order and approval of your credit card. All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damages. Shipping is calculated by weight, distance and insured value of order. We have NO hidden charges.
Please note that at the current time we only offer shipping within the Continental United States only. We are unable to offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.*

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order at Bigoutlet. You can also see shipping costs on the order confirmation email and on online.
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We DO NOT ship to post office boxes (PO Boxes) or hotel/motel rooms or APO or FPO addresses under any circumstances.
The tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you or you can check your order status online to find online to track your orders.
In addition, we use regular long haul trucking companies for a shipments that contains TVs that are over 40". Televisions over 40" may take up to 10 business days for delivery.
Payment Policy
Refurbished products will arrive well packaged in plain, brown corrugate packaging that clearly designates the product as refurbished. While the product is suitable for gift giving, it is evident and clearly marked on the packaging that the product is refurbished. Your expectation for the product should be a product in like new condition, functionally perfect, and cosmetically in good to like new condition. Please see "About Refurbished Merchandise" below for more information on refurbished electronics. New merchandise will arrive in original factory cartons, and in most cases will NOT be overboxed if the original manufacturer packaging meets UPS shipping standards. Be careful if your item is a gift as the lack of need for overpackaging means that the contents of the box will be apparent to anyone who sees the shipping box - including your gift recipient if they're home when the item is delivered.
Return Policy
Refurbished items are covered by a 90 day manufacturer warranty from date of receipt by the customer. New goods typically have a 1 year warranty. Should you have any questions or problems while the item is under warranty, please contact us at the toll free customer hotline listed on the warranty card that will be enclosed with your product. Should you have any issues immediately on receipt, please contact us within 14 days through eBay and we will arrange an immediate replacement of the received item at no cost to you.
