This is a vintage toleware or tole ware hand painted metal decorative tray by Fine Arts Studio (the tag is covered, but usually they are marked Phila. 47, PA). It's very pretty with cut out symmetrical scrolled design on the sides. Unusual dark green, hunter green, or dark forest green color.

Decorated with roses and other flowers and leaves. Edge is trimmed in gold. No rust. A very slight bend on one long side. Overall excellent condition considering age.
