Noble Tonic 05: This refined finishing vinegar is the result of an extra old "XO" aging process of our Noble Tonic 03. The extended bourbon-barrel maturing process for this vinegar results in an all-natural reduction, allowing the rich, bold, sweet & tart flavors of sherry, bourbon, maple, charred oak, and caramel to become deeply concentrated. This vinegar has a syrup-like viscosity and is universal in it's application.

- Like a true balsamic, this vinegar should be used sparingly and only where its flavor will shine, such as brushed on a piece of sauteed salmon just before serving or drizzled over ice cream.
