You must agree to the following conditions.

Delivery

All parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail. Free postage is sometimes offered on my items. 

Please note I post within 24hrs (1 day) of receiving payment, I am not responsible for the time it takes Royal Mail to deliver to you. 

I wish I could affect that but it is out of my control. Please remember this when allocating DSR’s, I would appreciate that.

If your items are not delivered within 7 working days in the UK please drop me an email. 

PLEASE NOTE. 

Royal Mail don’t consider anything missing till 15 working days have passed. I will do all I can to help with missing mail.

Issues

I do appreciate that If there any issues with your order or transaction please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback.  I will do my best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.  Before leaving any neutral or negative feedback PLEASE give us the opportunity of putting things rights - THANK YOU.
