Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm excluding Bank Holidays.

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to your message. If you need help with your order, including same day dispatch or cancellations please call us.

We offer the following Shipping Options:

1. Free UK Standard Shipping - This delivery option may take up to 3-5 working days for the item to be delivered in the UK. If the item is not delivered in the stated time, please contact us so that we can process a refund / replacement accordingly (this will be dependent on the circumstances)

2. Express Next Day Shipping Service (Working days only) - This is an additional service available for guaranteed Next Day delivery on working days only (additional charges apply). Any item(s) or order(s) placed before 11am on a working day  Via Express Next Day Shipping Service will be delivered the Next working Day. Please be advised items shipped on Friday will not arrive until the following Monday.
If under any circumstances the item is not delivered we request you to please contact us so that we can rectify the issue. If the fault is from our side or the courier company, a refund will be provided for additional shipping charges depending on the circumstances.

If you have placed an order after 11am with Express Shipping charges and wish to receive the item Next day you can simply call us and let us know before 3pm so that we can dispatch the order, however please note item(s) will be dispatched same day only if we are informed via call and not E-mails.

3. International Shipping - Additional charges will apply and may vary depending on the destination, items will be dispatched via royal mail international standard service take at least 10-30 working days to be delivered.

If the item is not delivered in the stated time, please contact us so that we process a refund or replacement (this is dependent on the circumstances). We hope you understand that delivery times via courier are out of our control, but we assure you we try our best to resolve the issue as early as possible.

Please note item(s) will be dispatched on working days  (Monday- Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays)

Returns are allowed within 14 days from the item being dispatched by the seller, following this period returns will not be accepted, returns postage will have to be paid by the buyer.

Defective items for exchange
If you receive a defective or faulty item please report this to us immediately via email and we shall promptly prepare a replacement.

Defective items for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued once the product is received by us within 4 days following a detailed Email notification from the buyer detailing the problem.
Reminder in all cases: Payment refunds will be issued after deductions of postage and packaging.

We ship to PayPal's address only. Please make sure your address in PayPal is matched with your shipping address before you pay.
We ship the package within 24 hours after the payment cleared. (Cheques may take up to 7 days for clearance)
