Shipping
· Items are posted Australia wide using Australia Post, please remember feather are light, our packaging if second to none to ensure safe travel, our shipping charges are also calculated on cubic - not weight. Example some feathers are very long, this is cubic measurements.
· Items are posted to the buyer’s Paypal or Ebay address, so please ensure that those details are correct before making payment.
· Items are posted every weekday. Provided payment has been received before posting time, items will be shipped the same day.
· Delivery usually takes between 1 - 5 business days. WA deliveries can sometimes take longer. However, please keep in mind that at times there may be an unusual delay in delivery by Australia Post, which is something over which we have no control.
· If you desire tracking or postal insurance for your item, please choose the Registered Post option.

Return Policy
· We want you to be completely happy with your transaction, and we would love to have you as another return customer. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy, and promise to always do our best to make things right if you find there is a problem with your item. So, if you’re not completely happy, please contact us immediately and give us the chance to correct the situation before posting feedback, as this offer becomes null and void if you leave negative or neutral feedback without first giving us the opportunity to make amends!
· If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item you receive, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price.
· All items must be returned in exact condition as sent within 7 days of receipt.
· Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
· In the case of a faulty item we will refund your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you.
