Combined Shipping: Is only offered on select eBay purchases. Please ask a sales representative if "combined shipping" is available on your purchase.
Local Pick-Up: Please call PRIOR to placing an order if you would like to pick up your item from our Monroe, WA location.
Expedited Shipping: Is not offered through our checkout. Please call PRIOR to placing an order if you would like expedited shipping.
Shipping Times: Please allow up to 2 days for handling in some cases. For the Greater 48 United States please allow 2-6 business days. For orders outside of the United States please allow 6-10 business days. These times may vary during holidays and in bad weather conditions.
Tracking Your Order: Please allow 1 business day for your tracking information to be sent to you via the email address you have provided us. Customers are responsible for contacting their local shipping hub after an attempted delivery has taken place. Canadian residents will receive a United States Postal Service "Label Number" which can be used to locate your order.
***If you have not received a tracking/label number after 2 business days please call us immediately. Not receiving a tracking number may mean that the email was inncorrect or there was a discrepency with your order and it has not been shipped.
Customs Fees: Grizzly Sports is NOT responsible for any extra fees the customer may have incurred other than shipping, such as international customs fees. We are not allowed to mark packages as a "Gift" so please do not ask.
