When can I expect my order to arrive?

CosmeticsPrincesss to provide our customers with a speedy and cost effective delivery service. Deliveries are
normally 6-12 business days for Australian
locations. You will receive an email when your item is shipped.

How do I order multiple items?

If multiple items are available you may add them at the checkout.

I received the wrong product, how will you handle this?

It rarely occurs that the wrong item is sent however if it does happen then please notify us ASAP via our online query system if the item is different than the item you purchased so that we can arrange a full replacement to be sent. Please include the eBay item#, your email address used with PayPal and other relevant information to expedite the handling of your order.

How do I cancel my order after I won?

Please bid on our items only if you intend to pay. If you are unable to pay, we will be required to file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay as this is the only means for us to recover the selling fees.
