Returns Policy

International Customers:

Factory_Certified does not pay any postage (to and from, taxes, duties and brokerage fees) on 

international returns and exchanges. All transportation costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

Domestic Customers:

All items come with a 14 day Satisfaction Guarantee. Our 14 day Satisfaction Guaranteed period 

commences on the delivery date as reported by the shipping carrier. Contact us with the specific 

reason for return to be given an RMA number and a Return shipping label. If defective after our 14 

day Satisfaction Guaranteed period contact the manufacturer directly. For returns of product within 

the United States Factory_Certified will pay for shipping of the new replacement item back to the 

customer.

Special Exceptions:

The following products are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and 

expense if received by us:

 Any product not purchased from Factory_Certified

Any products with missing, damaged or altered serial numbers.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the 

retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included.

Any product that has been serviced without our express permission.

Any product that has been damaged. 


Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Product must be in factory sealed never opened resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

All returns for refund will incur a 20% restocking fee (including defective items that are damaged and 

DOA items).

Defective items can be exchanged for a working unit with no restocking fee, but any return for refund 

will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Information: 

Domestic items TYPICALLY ship within 24 business hours of a CLEARED payment.

UPS tracking and insurance is included.

Express shipping options are available. 

Signature confirmation at time of delivery is required on all items. 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These 

charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will 

be prior to bidding/buying.
