The Weber One Touch Premium 57cm combines
a wide range of state of the art features with the distinctive, iconic
Weber Kettle barbecue stylings creating a modern classic that is an easy
to use, easy to clean, and easy to live with robust barbecue which will
deliver exceptional grilling results every time for many years.
The Weber One Touch Premium 57cm has
been derived from Weber's original 1952 heritage kettle barbecue design
and uses all Weber's knowledge and experience of charcoal grilling
gained over the last 60 years so while the distinctive design may look
very familiar features such as the triple plated hinged cooking grate,
stainless steel one-touch cleaning system and high capacity rust proof
removable ash catcher bring the whole package bang up to date.
The lid and bowl of the kettle of the Weber One Touch Premium 57cm have
been constructed from robust, durable porcelain enamel coated steel
which is designed to be used and abused giving fantastic resilience to
fire, rust and the elements to ensure a long and happy griling life for
the barbecue.
At the heart of the Weber One Touch Premium 57cm are
the stainless steel One-Touch cleaning system and rust-proof removable
ash catcher which are key features in making the barbecue so easy to
live as they make cleaning and maintenance simpler and more effective
when compared to most other barbecues as well as preventing hot embers
and ash blowing onto decking or patios.
All
that is needed to be done is simply slide the One-Touch Cleaning system
handle from side to side which moves the three stainless steel blades
inside the kettle causing ashes to fall into the ash catcher beneath the
kettle which then can be lifted and slid to one side to remove and
empty when the ashes and embers have had time to cool down then simply
replace in the same way.
Below
the Ash Catcher there is a handy shelf fitted between the legs for
keeping utensils and accessories to hand when grilling as well all
weather wheels with kettle covers so the Weber One Touch Premium 57cm can
be easily moved around to the ideal spot for grilling where ever that
may be. Conveniently utensils and accessories can also be kept in easy
reach when grilling using the tool holders integrated into the weather
proof handles on the side of the bowl of the kettle.
The
lid of the One Touch Premium 57cm , which is designed to be kept in
place whenever the barbecue is in use to give the perfect grilling
conditions, has a weather-proof handle with protective heat shield as
well as containing an integrated thermometer and a rust-proof aluminium
vent to control the air flow and temperature under the lid for fantastic
resuluts whatever is being barbecued.
Under
the lid sits a 57cm triple-plated hinged cooking grate, which makes it
easy to add more coals or briquettes when the barbecue is in use, that
gives an expansive 2552cm² cooking area ,with plenty of space to allow
for direct and indirect grilling, which should be big enough to cater
for socializing with all but the largest groups of family or friends
whatever the occasion whether it is planned or impromptu.
The Weber One Touch Premium 57cm barbecue is
so easy to use, and flexible in the ways it can be used, that it makes a
great choice either as a first “proper” barbecue or as a reliable tool
for the experienced griller who will welcome features such as the
included pair of Charcoal Rails, which are a real plus when indirect
cooking as they permit the spacing of briquettes allowing the heat to
circulate around the food so roasting or baking can be carried out on
the barbecue.
