Shipping:

Shipping is expensive. I estimate the weight & dimensions of the box and add a small handling charge to cover my poor guesses and cost of shipping supplies. I can't figure out the weights perfectly because I don't want to pre-package stuff that might not sell, has to be combined, or gets picked up here. So I just guess. Please live with it. At least you know in advance how much it adds to the cost of the item. Added items frequently go cheap if I can find the right box and there is never a charge to pick items up here.

I have had no complaints and no lost packages. However, not all shipping options allow tracking or insurance. It seems to depend on the destination country. I will use the method of your choice on inexpensive items, but will assume no responsibility for services not available by your chosen method. I do not list 1st Class International shipping as an option, but will use it by special request. I expect my buyers to understand the services available in their country better than I do.

Communication:

I'll answer questions quickly in most cases. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking info and a short message from me. I will not otherwise communicate with you unless you have a request. I will give feedback on all transactions.
