We ask that payment is made within 1 working day of committing to purchase an item. If payment is not made within 2 days of purchase, proceedings will begin in accord with guidelines provided for sellers.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of payment. We shall endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within the estimated dates quoted. Should it become evident that there will be a delay in fulfilment of an order, we will notify you of such as soon as possible.

The shipping method used will vary depending upon a number of factors including package weight, size, and destination. For the most part, delivery of smaller, light-weight items and those of relatively little value will be handled by the Royal Mail. For weightier and more bulky items, we will usually employ the services of a courier. Delivery of such products will usually be attempted between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a specific delivery time.

• Incorrect Item: If the item delivered appears incorrect or incompatible please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange;
• Unwanted Item: If on receiving the item you decide to return it for a refund please request a return through eBay.
Whatever the reason for requesting a return, the following conditions must be met:
• We kindly request that the item is returned immediately and, at latest, within 30 days from the date of delivery;
• Goods must be adequately sealed and returned with the original packaging. Please note that couriers and the Royal Mail may reject any package that is not suitably wrapped;
• A packing slip is generated by eBay and is to be printed and enclosed with the item. This provides all required details including the eBay item number and your eBay buyer ID;
• Please make sure that you have addressed the package clearly. Ensure that the item is sent using a trackable postage/courier service and that sufficient insurance is provided to the cover the actual value of the goods in the event that any item may be lost or damaged in transit.
