Terms and Conditions

You bid on it, you buy it. Payment is required in full within three business days of purchase.

Purchases will usually be shipped within one to two business days of your payment being cleared. 

Please be advised that postage times during long weekends and holiday periods will be delayed, this is ultimately out of our control. 

We do not accept bartering in our store on our fixed listing product prices or postage costs. Please be advised that if you do send us a message requesting us to lower our prices we will decline your request.

Please make sure your eBay and PayPal contact information are up to date. We cannot be held liable if your item is shipped to a previous address, is lost in transit due to incorrect information, or that you cannot be contacted about your order. 

We will ONLY ship items to your address listed in eBay, so please make sure it is correct upon complete payment. We cannot be held liable if your eBay address information is incorrect. 

We cannot be held responsible for not reading and/or miss-reading our listings description or accidentally purchasing through eBay's mobile, Android, and iPhone applications. 

We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive combined postage through purchasing through eBay's mobile site and applications.  

Payment

We prefer PayPal, however payment via direct deposit, credit card via PayPal, and PayPal eCheque are accepted.

If you pay by eCheque your item will not be dispatched until your payment is cleared in our account, which can take up to seven days – after payment is cleared in our account then your item will be shipped on the next available business day.

If you pay via direct deposit please use either your name listed on eBay or your eBay ID with the name of one of the item's you purchased as a reference.

Non-paying buyers will have an unpaid items case opened if they have not made contact with us or made payment within four days of date purchased.

Australia-wide combined postage rates

Our combined postage rate is based on total size and weight as calculated by the Australian post shipping calculator. We will add $1.00 per item for packaging costs which will help to keep your goods safe.

For us to combine postage for you either use the 'add to cart' feature or if this option doesn't appear then make sure to 'commit to buy' each item without making payment for each item, once you have finished purchasing you can either send us a message requesting combined postage or we will eventually send you a combined invoice with the new total for you to make full payment through. You will find this updated total in your My eBay tab under 'Purchase History'. If you need any help at all make sure to contact us. 

If you are purchasing on a mobile platform either send us a message for us to combine your invoice or allow us time to edit your invoice with the updated combined postage before making payment. 

As of April 2014, eBay are now charging a final value fee on both the item price and postage. Due to this if multiple items are purchased and paid for before a combined invoice is sent to you then we unfortunately cannot alter the postage price to reflect our combined postage rates.

 

Before you check out and make payment please make sure that your eBay address is correct as this is the only address we will post to.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of your package if your shipping and contact information is not correct at the time of purchase and/or payment. 

The estimated shipping dates set by eBay are to be used as a guide to estimate when your item may arrive, these dates are not a guaranteed arrival date as postage times can and will vary. 

Due to the cost, weight, and size of some items, we may ship your order via courier. If we are sending your item via courier it cannot be posted to a P.O. BOX address; in this case we will contact you to receive an alternative physical address to send your item to. As soon as you reply back to us with a confirmed address, your item will be shipped on the next available business day.

If your item is posted via courier and you are not there to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left by the courier for you to respond to and make arrangements for the delivery of your parcel. 

We will not accept any responsibility for parcels that have been lost or stolen once they have been confirmed to have been delivered via Australia Post or by our courier service.

Shipping within Australia differs for rural or remote areas, due to this we cannot take responsibility for extended delivery times as it is ultimately out of our control.

Orders placed after office hours during weekdays or placed on weekends and public holidays are automatically set as an order made the following business day.

Please be aware that we cannot dispatch items on public holidays or weekends; also keep in mind time differences between states. Severe weather conditions and Australia-wide transit problems may also cause delay.
