REFUND POLICY
Returns accepted within 7 days minus shipping, insurance and 20% re-stocking fee. Any jewelry that has been damaged, sized, set, customized or altered in any way, is non- returnable. All items must be returned in original condition.

We are now offering free shipping within the United States via USPS (5-6 business days). International shipping is also available for a flat fee of $45 via USPS Global Priority (7-10 business days). If you would like overnight expedited delivery please contact us for pricing. We will combine shipping on more than one item purchased within 7 days of each other at no additional cost. With the exception of special orders and resizing, all items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. In the event that an item cannot be shipped right away, buyer will be immediately notified. We do not accept responsibility for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping addresses. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS.

* All of our rings are standard size 10 or 11 for mens rings, 7 or 8 for ladies depending on the style.
* If you need your ring sized bigger or smaller there are two options available: 1 You can take your new ring to a local jeweler where the ring can be accurately re-sized for an average cost of $20. This option is best for those who are unsure about the exact size that they need. 2 We can re-size the ring for you! Modest fees do apply on all non-standard sizes and and it takes 1-2 additional days to ship. Send us a message through eBay with your size request so we can quote you an exact price and expected delivery time. All re-sizing fees run between $10 - $30, depending on the size needed and the style of the ring.
We do not charge an additional fee for sizes 10 and 11 for mens, 7 and 8 for ladies rings. *Resized items cannot be returned. Include all sizing requests with your Paypal payment or send us a message through eBay, to ensure that ring is re-sized before it is shipped.
If we do not receive your size request immediately after payment then an available standard size will be shipped.
