As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

Goods will generally be dispatched the next working day if purchased before Noon. Not including weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery usually takes place in 1-2 days, There is a longer delivery of 3-5 working days to the Highlands, Northern Ireland and following postcodes; HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, BT, IM, ZE, JE, GY and Republic of Ireland.

When goods are dispatched a courier tracking reference is uploaded to your order details, you should then track this via the courier tracking website.

In the event of there being nobody at home to receive delivery, the couriers will leave a card for you to rearrange but if they do not hear from you a second attempt will be made on the next working day.

Items should be inspected in presence of courier on delivery in case of any damage which has occurred during transit and if there is some damage please sign for as damaged on the handheld monitor given by the driver.

Buyers can manage their parcels online with the courier tracking number they are provided with when goods dispatched. If delivery fails 3 times the buyer must collect goods from their collection depot. If deliveries fail and no collection is made the goods will be put on a return to sender and charges will be incurred for these return fees. This amount will be debited from a refund amount.
