Es handelt sich um den Verkauf eines gebrauchten Artikels von privat und OHNE Umtauschrecht!
Ich versende nur noch im versicherten Paket oder per Einschreiben.
DHL Pakete sind mit 500.-€uro innerhalb der EU versichert. Einschreibesendungen bis 25.-€uro.

Der Käufer trägt das Versandrisiko.

Jedes Modellauto wird von mir sorgfältig und ausreichend sicher verpackt (Originalbox, Luftpolsterfolie, Flocken, stabiler Karton) und befindet sich immer (außer es ist in der Auktion angegeben) in sehr gutem Sammlerzustand und hat keinerlei Schäden!

Die Größe des Kartons wird dem Modell entsprechend angepaßt. 

Bitte berücksichtigen Sie hierbei, dass ich günstige Versandpreise nur dann anbieten kann, wenn ich mich mit Größe und Gewicht im Rahmen der Limits von DHL/Deutsche Post befinde.
Modellautos haben fragile Teile (Flügelwerk, Radaufhängungen, u.s.w.)! Es liegt absolut außerhalb meiner Verantwortung, wie DHL/ Deutsche Post mit dem Paket umgeht!!!
Im Schadenfall ist daher zunächst vom Käufer zu prüfen, ob die Beschädigung innerhalb meiner Verantwortung lag (unzureichende Verpackung, offensichtliche "Altschäden") oder durch das Handling des Transportunternehmens entstanden ist.

In diesem Fall sind die Bestimmungen der Schadenabwicklung von DHL/Deutsche Post einzuhalten.

Der Empfänger der Sendung hat hierbei den Schaden INNERHALB EINER WOCHE nach Empfang bei seinem zuständigen Postamt anzumelden. Es sind hierbei alle Verpackungsbestandteile mitzuführen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein durch einen harten Aufprall abgelöstes Teil (z.B. ein loser Frontflügel) kein Schaden ist. Jeder Käufer sollte dazu in der Lage sein, ggf. eine kleinere Reparatur selbst durchzuführen.

Jedes Modellauto wird vor dem Versand von mir genau geprüft und nocheinmal mit dem Namen des Empfängers fotografiert.
Sollte eine besonders sichere Fixierung des Modells innerhalb der Originalbox gewünscht sein (Füllmaterial innerhalb der Windowbox, ggf. Fixierung durch Klebestreifen), bitte ich nach dem Kauf um eine gesonderte Mitteilung.

Please only bid on my items if you are able to communicate properly in German or English language and if you agree to the following terms:

I require payment within 7 days after the end of this auction via bank-wire or PayPal.

Please do not bid if you are unable to accomplish the deadline!

PayPal payments require registered or insured shipping.

This is a private sale of an used item without guarantee. No returns accepted !
EU shipments will be sent insured via DHL. Insurance is up to 500.-€uro. 

All other international shipments will be sent registered. Insurance is optional EXTRA and available at cost (check rates below).
If you pay only for registered shipping you agree that damage and lost is at your own risk!

No guarantees for shipments to South America, Asia, Africa and 3rd world countries!

The buyer covers the risk of shipping.

Every model car will be packed up safe and very carefully (original box, bubblewrapped foil, filling material, strong parcel). It is always (unless described damaged) in excellent collector's condition.
The size of the parcel will match the item properly.
Please note that I can only offer a good shipping-price if the weight of the shipment is within the DHL /Deutsche Post limits.
Model cars do have fragile parts (winglets, suspension). It is absolutely out of my control how the postal service handles my shipments!
In case of damage the buyer has to check first if this happened within my responsibility (bad packaging) or this happened because of the handling on transport (hard impact).

In this case the buyer agrees to follow the terms of the DHL/Deutsche Post to get a compensation.

The buyer must report a damaged item WITHIN A WEEK after receipt at his local post-office with the complete packaging.
Please note that a lose front-wing or a lose mirror is not a postal-damage! Every buyer should be able to fix a lose part fallen off the model if this happened due to hard impact.

I check every item very carefully before shipping and make photographs with the buyers name to ensure it has left in pristine condition.

If special packaging is required (filling materials inside the window box, fixing wings with tape) please contact me after your purchase.
