Shipping Information

1. All items are shipped worldwide from China or USA Warehouse

2. All items will be shipped by Registered Airmail or Express Shipping(such as DHL, UPS,  USPS FedEx, EMS etc).

3. Articles were delivered within 1-3 business days after payment has been received and verified. The buyer will always be notified with an tracking number when the item is shipped.

4. In general, your package will take 5-15 working days to arrive. In rare cases, due to the delays in customs clearance or during the holidays will take longer.

5. Customs duties, taxes and fees are not included in item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Please check with the Customs Office in your country to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
7. The package must be opened to check with your local customs office. Please contact us via the E-mail with your request.

1. This product comes with 2 year limited warranty cover parts only. Buyers must contact us first  within the warranty period.

2. Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers/users end.

3. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) NO. for each item that needs returning. We do not accept the returns without a RMA number.

4. The returns should be returned with our original packages.

5. Defective products must be returned within 14 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made.

6. Customers must contact us first for the return address.

7. No refund is accepted after 30 days of receipt.

8. The returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

9. In all cases, buyers pay for the shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.

• We ask that you email us through the buying site where your purchase was made. We have customer service reps working around the clock to serve you. While we are usually able to get back to you within a few hours, we ask that you give us up to 36 hours to respond. IF our customer has an issue that cannot be resolved via email, we will make direct contact by phone service. We ask that you please allow us to resolve the issue through emails. We have found this to be the most cost effective way to serve our customers and allows us to keep our products available for the lowest possible price.
