Das Originaldisplay wurde samt dem Inverter entfernt, somit besteht keine Gefahr eines hochfrequenten Pfeifens des Inverters mehr. Stattdessen wurde ein modernes, blau leuchtendes LED-Display eingebaut. Super Leuchtkraft und perfekter Kontrast! Das Original-Diskettenlaufwerk funktioniert perfekt. Alle Funktionen getestet: formatieren, speichern, laden. ----------------------------------------------- OPTION 1: FLOPPY EMULATOR (statt internem Diskettenlaufwerk) Gegen Aufpreis kann eine Speicherlösung mit Floppy Emulator eingebaut werden. Zwei Varianten sind verfügbar: 1.) einfacher HxC USB Floppy Emulator ohne Text-Display: 90,- 2.) Lotharek HxC SD Floppy Emulator mit Text-Display: 140,- ----------------------------------------------- OPTION 2: CARDREADER (statt externer Festplatte) Gegen Aufpreis kann eine Speicherlösung mit IB-105A Interface und Cardreader eingebaut werden. IB-105A (Interface-Karte für alte Atari-Festplatten) Einzelpreis: 180,- € GigaFile Cardreader extern mit - speziellem Anschlusskabel - Netzadapter - Anleitung - 1 GB Speicherkarte Einzelpreis: 170,- € Summe: 350,- SONDERPREIS: Beim Kauf mit dem S950 nur 300,- € Diese Speicherlösung hat einige Vorteile gegenüber einem Floppy-Emulator. Man kann es wie eine externe SCSI-Festplatte betrachten, d.h. es ist schneller als ein Diskettenlaufwerk und man kann größere Dateien am Stück abspeichern. Ein Floppy-Emulator ist immer genau so limitiert, wie das Original-Diskettenlaufwerk, d.h. genau so langsam und auf die Größe der Disketten beschränkt.
