Shake well before use, ensuring the dispenser is facing down. 

Next, lower the dispenser into the shoe with the larger opening pointing down towards the toe and push down for one second. 

Lock the dispenser after use lock by turning it to the right. 

Never point the dispenser towards anyone's face.
