Due to various problems with overseas shipping, we do not send orders to the following destinations: Argentina, Montenegro, Jersey, Africa, Ukraine, Malaysia, Croatia, Republic of, Philippines, Channel Islands, Indonesia, Thailand, Russian Federation, Guernsey, Romania, China, Belarus, Serbia, Hong Kong. We reserve the right to add/remove from this list at any time.

At this time we are unable to delivery any orders to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses.

Orders shipped to certain locations will have Duty and Customs charges added to them at the point of entry to the delivery country. This isn’t a price we are able to advise on or take responsibility for. Your local Tax OFFICE will be able to offer further advice on these charges. Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from OFFICE.

When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your shoes are on their way. If you have not received this email after 7 working days of placing an order please message us via eBay messages.

DELIVERY METHODS

We currently only ship to a registered PayPal address. Please make sure that your PayPal address is up to date so that we can deliver your item to the correct address.

UK: Your items are sent by Yodel. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, the courier will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods. If the courier cannot complete the delivery, they will make 2 further attempts to deliver your package. Should they be unable to deliver the package on any of these attempts, your order will be returned to us and we will charge again for a redelivery. Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery.

International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required. Our courier will make 3 attempts to deliver a package, should you be unable to collect the package on any of these attempts your order will be returned to us and we will charge again for a redelivery.

Parcelforce 24 Hour Next Day Service: PRICE £5.00. Currently only available on certain lines.

Monday to Thursday - Order up to 2pm for Next Working Day Delivery.

We offer combined shipping rates for customers who order more than one item. You only need to pay your standard delivery change on your first item, then you just pay an additional £1.50 for each item after that in your order. Please note you can order a maximum of 10 pairs per order. All items, within each order, must be paid within 4 days of winning your first item.

If you wish to make a return, you can do so by sending unworn/unused shoes along with your invoice to the address below within 30 days of the invoice date (when returning your item, please open a returns request via ebay).

We advise you to send your shoes back via a recorded post service and get a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse or shops. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. All refunds and exchanges* are processed within 3-7 working days of receiving the item back to our Returns Department.

If you would like an exchange*, OFFICE can arrange for delivery to you; this constitutes a separate contract between you and OFFICE. When requesting an exchange*, please ensure you note all details (style number and size) on your returns form otherwise we will assume your order is cancelled and will refund the full amount to you via PayPal.

We recommend you make a new purchase if the item is unsuitable as this is much quicker than exchanging*. We can then simply refund the incorrect item. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund via PayPal - usually within 3-7 working days. Please note that it is not essential that you follow this process.

Any customer purchasing goods online will have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel their item. Customers will also have an additional 14 days from this point to return the unworn item back to OFFICE. When returning, please note your intention to exercise your rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Standard delivery costs will be refunded if OFFICE are informed of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery, and then sent back to OFFICE within the next 14 days from that point. If an order is returned to us without notification within 14 days of receipt, then we'll only refund the delivery charge if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Returns are not accepted in OFFICE stores.

If you think we’ve sent you the wrong thing, please double check the full description of the item on the listing, including the UK size before returning the item to us. We can only reimburse postage/delivery costs where the item is faulty or if we’ve sent the wrong item. If we have made a mistake, please contact us via eBay messages so we can sort out the problem immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where the item is used and simply unsuitable or does not fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.

You will be required to enclose proof of purchase and a covering letter with details on why you believe there is a fault. Please also include your name, address and a daytime contact number. Assessments can take a maximum of 15 working days but are usually much faster than this. Should a fault be found, a refund/exchange will be offered and postage costs will be refunded also.

We’ve made international returns as easy as possible and have two options depending on which country you are returning from:
