RETURNS & EXCHANGESReturns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receiving as long as item is unworn, and all original packaging/tags are still intact. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. All shipping fees associated with returns/exchanges are buyer’s responsibility. If you would like to process a return or exchange please message us so we can provide detailed instructions on how to return the item. All shoes must be doubled boxed or wrapped when returning. If any item is sent back with tape stuck directly to item (shoebox) it will be returned to sender. We must be able to resell item, therefore the item must be in perfect condition if returning.
