It features a beautiful scene with people interactingduring the day, one woman is carrying a bonsai, there is a man standing insidea structure they are surrounded by trees and flowers. The pieces arestamped with two different hallmarks one with the Ashworth L.S.& S earlier 1880smark and the others marked Ashworth Brosfrom 1896 to the early 1900’s one set of cups is stamped with England. Thiswas a very popular pattern highly sought after and these are very old. Condition:Very Good for the age, crazing, some paint wear, few have yellow spots onfront, some staining on the backs, and four cups have little chips.
