The frame is suspended beneath 3 Ivory Pearl Beads with 2 Diamante Rondelle Spacer beads between the pearls; the "bridesmaid" heart charm is suspended beneath 2 Ivory Pearl Beads with 1 Diamante Rondelle Spacer bead between the pearls The charm measures 8 cms long overall.
