Fabulous vintage Peter Bettley Made in England cocktail hat with veil and bow in perfect never used condition. Features: 1940's style but made in the 1980's, Golden yellow sisal with with balck net veil and bow, one size fits all but the millinery elastic may need to be lengthened for larger size, produced by Peter Bettley the attached label reads Peter Bettley, Made in England.
