Warranty Policy

• All Products sold with a 30 Day Warranty unless otherwise stated.
• All product listed as refurbished has been fully tested and is guaranteed to be in like new working condition.
• In most cases refurbished simply means the parts have been pulled from new or used excess stock.

• Product can be returned for replacement, repair, or credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
• If the item is defective, it will be replaced at no charge.
• End user damage to any product voids all warranties.
• Non-Defective items being returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping and handling charges for returned items is not refundable.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for items being sent back for replacement or credit.
• All returns must include the following:
• Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
• E-mail to receive your RMA #.
• Include your ebay number in the subject line.
• Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box.
• Also include a note stating the reason for return.
