ANUSOL 23G HAEMORRHOIDS/PILES CREAM BNIB

This listing for the this product is brand new direct from the manufacturer. With us it is WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) and this picture shows exactly what you will get :)

What are Haemorrhoids/Piles?

Piles/Haemorrhoids are the same thing but the correct name is difficult to spell or even say correctly :)   so most people, like us, prefer to call them piles. They are both the same and are swollen veins in your rectum or anus. They can be internal or external depending on where they occur.

Internal haemorrhoids often don’t cause any pain. Because this type of haemorrhoid usually stays inside, you may have a feeling of fullness in your rectum after a bowel movement.

External haemorrhoids are swellings on the outside of your rectum and can be quite painful.

What are the symptoms of Haemorrhoids?

If you suffer from haemorrhoids, then you may have some or all of these:

  • itching, swelling and burning in the rectal area
  • bleeding at the time of bowel movement and/or blood on the toilet paper
  • an uncomfortable lump in the anal region
  • pain or discomfort during a bowel movement

If you are in any doubt whether any bleeding you have experienced is caused by haemorrhoids/piles you should consult your doctor.

How does Anusol cream help?

Anusol cream helps moisturise any dry skin and relieves the itching, pain and irritation associated with haemorrhoids/piles, general rectal inflammation (proctitis), itching around the back passage (pruritis ani) or lesions in the anal canal (anal fissures). Anusol has a local anaesthetic so it numbs and soothes the back passage. Anusol cream can be used externally as a cream or internally by using the applicator included with the pack.
